I've been wanting to take a photo of this leg style, since I've been trying to describe this to people and pretty much failing.
What we have here is a more subtle digitigrade leg (standing on the toes) effect, with padded digitigrade feet (hooves on the left, paws on the right), and unpadded legs. In this photo, the feet are black and the bodysuit is white, so you can see where each component starts and stops. Hopefully it's not too difficult to imagine it in one color, or better blended in general. (also, hopefully it's not too difficult to see the detail in the black feet) The feet are padded to produce the illusion, so the wearer doesn't have to actually stand of their toes or anything.
